At French and Sawdust, we know that any building project is an important and very exciting step for our clients. We listen to you from the beginning right through to completion. Our process consists of six main stages from concept to completion. At our first meeting we will discuss your requirements and prepare a quotation based on your specifications. Secondly, we will supply you with a free quotation with concept plans to show you what your extension will look like once finished. Once you are happy with the concept (which you are free to amend until you are completely happy) we will then firm up your quotation to include any changes that may have occurred. Stage 4 is to take our final concept plans & final quotation to full working drawings and full contract which we then pass onto our building surveyor to obtain the building permit which allows us to start work. Once we start the work it will generally take no longer than 12 weeks for an extension to your home to be completed.
